主要特點 :
是一款中型床身式數控銑床，機床三軸聯動，數控系統采用國產通用型數控系統，兼容發那科，廣數，凱恩帝等系統G代碼，精度高。機床主軸配置臺灣高速高精主軸單元，轉速高，噪音低，扭矩大，適合高速強力切削。
機床床身為鑄鐵一體式寬大床身，剛性很好。人字形立柱結構，與底座連接更加牢固。
所有鑄件均采用樹脂砂鑄造，并進行高溫回火處理和粗加工后二次回火處理，更好的消除鑄件內應力。使機床長期運作不變形。
機床標配臺灣主軸單元，P3級研磨絲桿或臺灣上銀滾珠絲桿。精度高質量穩定。
系統標配北京KND1000MI-A數控系統，其他系統可以選擇配置。
It is a medium-sized bed-type CNC milling machine with three-axis linkage. The CNC system uses a domestically produced universal CNC system that is compatible with G-code from systems such as Fanuc, Guangshu, and Kaindl. The machine boasts high precision.
The machine is equipped with a high-speed precision spindle unit from Taiwan, featuring high rotation speed, low noise, and high torque, making it suitable for high-speed, heavy-duty cutting.
The machine bed is made from a one-piece cast iron structure, providing excellent rigidity. Its dog-leg column structure is firmly connected to the base.
All castings are made using resin sand casting and undergo high-temperature tempering treatment followed by rough machining and a second tempering treatment to better eliminate internal stress in the castings. This ensures that the machine does not deform during long-term operation.
The machine is standard-equipped with a Taiwan spindle unit, P3-grade ground ball screws, or Taiwan Hiwin ball screws, which offer high precision and stable quality.
The system is equipped with the Beijing KND1000MI-A CNC system as standard, and other systems can be configured upon selection.
